Before Pesach as we were learning the Mamaar B’Yom Ashtei Asar Rabbi Manis brilliantly articulated the difference between Pnimiyus & Chitzonius. For me personally it made so many other fundamental ideas fall right into place, especially the right way to approach parenting (as you will see when you watch this gem of a clip).
